Martis Camp Update

Lots has happened at Martis Camp throughout the year.
The very active sales and new home construction environment at Martis Camp continues to defy the market. Strong sales throughout 2009 have further strengthened Martis Camp’s reputation as one of the most successful resort residential communities in the United States. To date we have sold more than 235 properties for over $200 million. Much of that revenue has been used to complete infrastructure and the majority of Martis Camp’s astounding offering of amenities. It is exciting to note that we currently have more than 30 homes in the Design Review process with 35 homes under construction and 7 homes completed.
An interesting and positive statistic is the momentum gained throughout 2009 year is as follows:
1st Quarter Sales - 6 homesites
2nd Quarter Sales - 9 homesites
3rd Quarter Sales - 22 homesites
Many families are coming in looking for homes to purchase with not many available. One home has sold and another pending with only 3 homes available for purchase but not yet completed. We are definitely seeing the need for more spec homes to be built in Martis Camp on estate sites as well as cabin sites, as many families simply would rather not build. That is the one area in which we are lacking inventory.
